Typically, custom orders are completed within 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity and design. We believe that quality craftsmanship is worth the wait, and we appreciate your patience as we create something truly special just for you or your loved ones. During busy seasons orders might take a bit longer to get processed.

If no personalisation is required items are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective Items

If your custom product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide a description and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.


Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error with your order, such as incorrect personalisation or design, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
